Plan advisors, plan administrators and plan members can register for access to our secure websites, which offer a wide range of tools and resources to help market the ENCON program and manage benefits.

Plan Advisors

Once registered, you can:

  • Download from a full library of forms and marketing materials
  • Track your business and client activity through regular email notifications, including:
      • claims experience updates
      • claims status updates
      • medical underwriting status updates
      • client changes
      • premium payment status notifications
      • commission statements
  • Create client and plan member detail reports
  • Run renewal reports
  • View and download plan advisor, plan administrator and plan member newsletters

Plan Administratorsback

Note: All new clients are pre-registered for this site.

Once registered, plan administrators can:

  • Download administration and claim forms
  • Download Benefits Booklets, a Schedule of Benefits and Plan Member enrollment details
  • View and download invoices and Certificates of Insurance
  • Access the EAP Toolkit, including HR Support Solutions and LifeSpeak
  • Access "Understanding Benefits Administration," our online guide to help plan administrators with all aspects of administration
  • Access useful government and other health-related links
  • Run employee data reports
  • Sign up for Group Benefits webinars
  • View and download plan administrator and plan member newsletters

ENCON also offers self-service capabilities through its Self Administration tool. Once registered1, plan administrators can add, change or terminate an employee at the click of a button.

Plan Membersback

Once registered, plan members can:

  • Access "Get With the Program," an online orientation for new plan members
  • Submit claims, sign up for Direct Deposit at our Online Health & Dental Claims Centre2
  • Sign up for the ENCON now mobile app
  • Download administration and claim forms
  • Download a Benefits Booklet or Coverage Summary, including detailed dependent and beneficiary information
  • Obtain detailed claims submission information and download helpful benefit guides2
  • Access Employee Assistance Program (EAP) resources, including online self-evaluation tools, eCounselling, MyEAP, LifeSpeak, and extensive health and wellness information
  • View and download from a full library of plan member newsletters
