• Please include the expiring "Schedule of Covered Storage Tank Systems" endorsement when submitting a renewal application and indicate any changes.

Download the Word version, save it on your hard drive, complete it electronically and then email it to ENCONApps@encon.ca. Please note that ENCON requires the client's signature prior to binding.

Print the PDF version, complete it by hand and fax it to your underwriter. Please note that the PDF applications can be viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, download it here for free.
