Coverage Details

  • Policy Form – The insurance is written on a claims-made basis
  • Policy Period – Annual policies and multi-year policies available
  • Capacity – Limits starting from $100,000 up to $2,000,000
  • Deductible – $1,000 per claim; maximum annual aggregate deductible of $2,000 
  • Territory – Services rendered worldwide

  • Intellectual property infringement coverage (copyright, trademark, trade name, service mark, trade dress or trade secret), up to a maximum of $500,000 
  • Security breach, Privacy breach and Data Personal Injury coverage

  • First dollar defence coverage (deductible does not apply to defence costs)
  • Defence costs in excess of the limits available
