In-house Training

At ENCON, we are committed to offering our employees a dynamic, relevant curriculum of courses to build on their knowledge and carry out their jobs to the best of their ability. Currently, we offer in-house training programs in the areas of underwriting, claims analysis, sales and client services.

Tuition Reimbursement

ENCON will reimburse the cost of approved courses. These can include costs for tuition, textbooks, exam fees and licensing fees upon completion.

We encourage employees to build their technical knowledge and offer incentive award payments to those individuals who achieve job-related professional designations.

Association and Professional Fees

Joining and maintaining a membership with professional associations can be a valuable resource for employees in the course of their jobs. ENCON supports participation in relevant associations to encourage the ongoing learning of its employees.

Workshops, Seminars and Conferences

ENCON supports employees who wish to supplement their technical knowledge through attendance at workshops, seminars and conferences.

Exam/Study Day

In addition to time off to take final exams, employees can take a half-day off to finish their studying.
