The sales representative is responsible for the development and maintenance of relationships with independent life insurance brokers (or plan advisors) in order to market and sell ENCON’s group benefits plans.
Focused primarily on small to mid-size groups, ENCON’s sales representatives provide various resources for plan advisors to assist them in marketing ENCON’s group benefits plans to their clients. They negotiate and prepare quotations, respond to inquiries regarding program content and are a source of industry knowledge, with a strong understanding of our client base and current market conditions.
